Located in the heart of Atlanta, Space323 is a multi-use event + content venue offering three unique rental spaces designed to inspire and elevate your next event, shoot, or gathering.
Urban Loft
The Loft is a spacious, open area with exposed brick, offering both style and versatility for your next gathering. With a capacity of up to 50 guests, it’s well-suited for workshops, meetings, photo shoots, parties, and live events. The space includes a stage for performances or podcasts, a Bluetooth speaker with microphones, and a projector with a screen to support presentations and media. For setup and seating, you’ll have up to 30 chairs, (3) six-foot tables, and one four-foot tables. with black tablecloths. You will also have a high-top table and three couches to accommodate 45 persons for seating. A refrigerator/freezer and prep area are provided for food and beverages, along with a separate food service area and attached bathroom conveniently located across the hall. Rates start at $39 up to $79 per hour, depending on the type of event.
Pink Parlor
The Pink Parlor is an all-girly, immersive space designed for creativity, celebration, and unforgettable content. With a capacity of up to 15 guests, it’s perfect for workshops, beauty days, young girls’ birthday parties, small adult gatherings, and intimate lectures. The room comes styled with pink neon, LED lighting, and a full tray of playful props and accessories—including masks, prop money, and pink-themed details—to elevate any photo or video shoot. Guests enjoy the use of chairs and tables dressed in pink tablecloths, making it easy to host everything from Mommy-Daughter photo sessions to teen parties, podcast recordings, or content days with friends. Whether for a celebration or a creative project, the Pink Parlor delivers a one-of-a-kind, fun, feminine backdrop. Rates start at $49 and go up to $69 per hour, depending on the type of booking.
Onyx Haven
The Onyx Room is a striking all-black space designed for bold, dramatic creativity. With a capacity of up to 10 guests, it’s perfect for content shoots, music videos, and intimate creative gatherings. The room includes a Bluetooth speaker and microphone, a large LED backdrop with customizable colors, a “mic drop” prop, and burlesque masks to elevate your production. For those looking to add an edgier twist, the Onyx Room also features an adult dungeon closet and playful accessories that can shift the vibe from lighthearted to daring. Whether futuristic, mysterious, or a little more provocative, this space sets the stage for unforgettable content. Rates start at $49 per hour.
